The final Air PTI (eDoc 4132514, issued 2026-05-28) withholds the emergency-generator make, model, and size as confidential business information. The ~2,750 ekW/engine figure that multiplies to the famous 313 MW survives only on the draft public notice (3987141) — not in the issued permit.
So the most-cited number about this facility — 313 MW — rests on a figure the issued permit redacts. The backup capacity is real; the per-engine rating behind it, and the operating load you would derive from it, are withheld.
